My husband shattered his iPhone X screen within 4 days of owning the phone. We called here when shopping around to have it replaced. Danny was so helpful, he encouraged us to call Apple first and explained several options they may have. I was so impressed by his honesty, rather than do the costly repair he provided us with information that could potentially save a great deal of money.

Unfortunately, Apple was unable to help because we did it purchase an extra warranty. This store was $50-$200 dollars less than any other place we called. They were able to do a same day repair in about 10 minutes. Also, their repairs are certified by Apple so it didn't void any warranty on the device. I was so pleased with the experience and the repair.

  • Can you tell me more about your warranty?

    At iStore Phone Repair, we are your ultimate choice for cell phone repair. We stand by our products and our cell phone repair services 100%. Unlike many places you will go to we do not just repair your cell phone or tablet and hand it back over, and then want nothing to do with it. We are different! We belief in our cell phone repair services so much that all of our products are given a one-year warranty. This warranty does not mean that if the glass breaks we will replace it again for free. However, let’s say after we work on your phone, it overheats or your battery is not holding it’s charge we want to handle your cell phone repair, and we will do that for free! If you have any questions, please give us a call.


    In addition to our one-year warranty, all screen replacements are warranted for life for any manufacturer defects! No appointment ever needed!

  • Do I need an appointment?

    No, you can walk in and we provide you cell phone repair services on the spot. Most repairs take less than 20 minutes, so we’ll have your phone back to you in no time! However, if you do want to call ahead to tell us when you’ll be coming in, you are welcome to do so by calling 207-219-8064.

    Unfortunately, only one of our stores handles all types of repairs like tablets, computer screens, etc. This is the location at 582B US Route One Scarborough, ME 04074. Our other store, at 85 Western Ave. S. Portland, ME 04106, only handles cell phone repairs.
